Leadership Development
The kabaka foundation leadership development program is intended to teach and instil the Ganda culture and morals in the young individuals. By focusing on this, we ensure the preservation of our heritage and the cultivation of future leaders. Our comprehensive leadership development prospectus includes basic leadership aspects and general life skills listed here: effective communication, ethical decision making, basic legal knowledge, adaptability, career development, interpersonal skills, time management, house hold management, self-care, problem solving, financial literacy, strategic thinking, community engagement, civic and social responsibility. These skills are passed though small group meetings in home steads. Young people are not only taught to embrace their cultural values but also trained to be responsible, innovative, and visionary leaders. Through this holistic approach, we are confident that we are raising a generation equipped to lead with integrity and purpose.
